Can you help me find a particular model or size?
Sure we manage new-old stock (old models that are brand new with package and tags). Contact us and let us know what model and size you are looking for even if not listed on our catalog.
I have a question regarding payment or shipping?
Please refer to our payment and shipping policies
But my shipping is taking longer!
Please allow for variations on shipping and processing times due to the pandemic and the recent problems with interstate shipping.
We follow all our shipments with the same attention as you do, and most of the time we'll fix things within our reach before you notice any problem.
Why no returns?
Shapewear and accessories are considered and used as underwear. For basic hygiene and other sanitary regulations we can't receive back a product that's been used.
Shapewear sizing is though, we know!
And because we care so much about your satisfaction we offer you a store credit so you have another shot at picking the model and size that will make you happy.
